Spa Policies

  • Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellations or changes must be made more than 24 hours in advance of the booked service time

    • A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment(s)

    • If the service(s) is cancelled within 24 hours of the cancellation policy window, the card on file will be charged to full amount of the service(s) booked

  • Retail & Service Sales 

    • All retail sales are final​

    • We do not offer product returns or exchanges

  • Payment Methods Accepted

    • All major credit cards, debit cards & cash are accepted​

​

  • Arrival Time

    • Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out all necessary paperwork

    • Late arrivals may be accommodated with what time is left from the appointment with the exceptions below:

      • Facials: After 15 minutes from the scheduled time, the appointment is forfeited

      • Massage & Body Treatment: After 30 minutes from the scheduled time, the appointment is forfeited

  • Food & Beverage

    • No outside food or alcoholic beverages are permitted​

  • Minors & Guests

    • To provide the most relaxing atmosphere possible for our guests, we do not book appointments for, nor allow, anyone under the age of 18 in the spa​

    • Only those receiving a service are allowed in the spa. Please refrain from bringing guests who do not have services booked. The caretaker of the person receiving services are excepted

  • Service Animals

    • ADA compliant service dogs are allowed in the spa

    • Pets & ESAs are not allowed in the spa per DSPS COS 3.01 (10)​

  • Right to Refuse Service

    • At Elysian, we take the safety & wellbeing of our team & guests seriously, as such we reserve the right to refuse service at any time

    • We have a ZERO tolerance policy on solicitation of sexual services, sexual harassment, & inappropriate advances or conversation with our team & other guests
